Sundays D23, Kapparis Avenue/Efterpis, situated on the Beach Road.

This one bedroom apartment is furnished to a very high spec. It's on the 2nd floor, on a level by itself (so you won't be disturbed by guests to your left or to your right). It comes with a balcony and can sleep up to four. It would suit friends sharing, a young family or a couple on a romantic get-away.

The Sundays complex has a huge communal swimming pool and there are onsite shops - including a bakery, hairdressers and cafe. It is situated opposite a supermarket and across the road from an oriental restaurant / internet cafe, so you don't have to travel far to get supplies. There is a parking space, if you do choose to hire a car.

It is self catering - the kitchen is fully equipt with cutlery, plates, an oven and microwave. It is fully air conditioned.

It's about 50 km from Larnaca airport. In the area of Kapparis, Famagusta Distrist, which is near to Protaras. It's about 20 minutes away from Ayia napa by taxi.

Local Activities

There are many activities available, such as paragliding, windsurfing, water skiing, swimming, tennis, bikes, cycles, sea and fresh water fishing trips. There is golfing in Paphos, horse riding, bowling and in Ayia Napa there is Waterworld, the waterpark.

Please specify the dates you'll be visiting, and where you saw the ad. We ask that you arrive anytime after 1400 hours, and that you check out at 12 noon at the latest.

We can arrange to collect you from Larnaca airport, which is about 50km away, or 40 minutes by taxi.
